This is a basic jigsaw game. You can choose one (of twenty) images, which will be broken into pieces. The idea is to put those pieces together in the correct orientation, to reassemble the image. The difficulty level can be adjusted by changing the number of pieces in the puzzles. This is a great mechanic, and I think it should be a staple for the genre.
Story
There is no story, moving on.
Visuals
The title menu looked a bit skimpy, lacking a “gallery” option. Upon selecting “Start Game”, I recognized the user interface from another title. I checked to see if the title in question was created by the same developer(s), but it wasn’t. This leads me to believe that this title is a form of “shovelware”. In any case, the user interface is simple and easy to navigate. It’s just not original (and doesn’t try to hide it).
The Goods
The artwork looks good,. It appears to be drawn by the same artist, which makes for a consistent style. However, it looks as though someone dumped an artist’s gallery into a puzzle game template. There’s no consistent characters, subjects or themes. The aspect-ratios aren’t even consistent. Expect adult toys, self-service, wax, and boy-on-girl action.
Verdict
There are higher quality jigsaw puzzle games for the same price, boasting better mechanics to animations. I don’t recommend this title.
