Daughter of Essence
Daughter of Essence is steeped in story, favoring extensive dialogue over combat. There is so much reading, I described the game as “not unlike a visual novel.”
To be honest, I never completed Daughter of Essence; about twenty hours into the game, I moved onto new reviews. I’m not sure if all sexual content is in fact, consensual. Unfortunately, sexual content is one of this game’s weak points. The artwork is wonderful, but adult content is so sparse I can’t recommend this game to anyone specifically looking for adult content.

After I met that catgirl, my questlist got too long! is what I called an “rpg first, and a visual novel second”. With five routes and tens of hours of total playtime, this is a story-driven RPG to get invested into. This RPG may have as much girth as Daughter of Essence, but it offers more substantially more combat and traditional RPG elements.
Unfortunately, sexual content in this game is few and far between with unimpressive writing. Like Daughter of Essence, I can’t recommend this game to anyone specifically after adult content.
