This game offers “Virtual sex [that] can be had using the A-GUI Joystick.” This “A-GUI Joystick” is described as “an adult gamepad that can be connected to a computer for virtual sex with the female characters in the games.” A-GUI claims that it “Detects penetration” and “direction and speed of masturbatory activity”. Unfortunately, I don’t have an A-GUI Joystick. I tried reaching out to A-GUI via their website, but they’ve since failed to respond. I thought about purchasing one, but after playing this game I’m really glad I didn’t.

Though Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring offers a combination of interactive sex-scenes and light visual-novel gameplay, I’m inclined to call this a math game. For every one to two-hundred-ten math equations solved, you may unlock new dialogue and artwork! Thankfully, each problem is multiple choice — and most of the questions have very obvious answers. As you complete tests, your “Academic Score” increases. Once you collect one-hundred points, you’ll be able to take “Official Exams”, which feature considerably harder questions (albeit with equally obvious answers). Whenever you complete an Official Exam, you’ll gain a “Level”. Levels are what dictate your story progression! There’s also some sort of “Exhaustion” and “Excitement” mechanic, but I’m clueless on what they do.

There are twelve static CGs, a few with variations for undress and climax. There are also two animated, interactive CGs, intended to be used with a hardware peripheral (an A-GUI Joystick). Each night, you may “fap”, choosing one of four static, nonnude images. Alternatively, once you’ve suffienciently progressed in the game you may choose from spicier scenes (or in some cases, animations!) The artwork is amazing, and the animation is solid. I wish the climaxes were animated, but they’re super hot as-is. The main protagonist, Ms. Han is a ridiculously hot “MILF” that makes you want her pie! Unfortunately, the interactive scenes have iffy controls. One of them seems to be totally busted, effectively soft-locking the game whenever you “finish” (so much for “sex in the kitchen”).

Ms. Han, an has be tasked with pulling a “problematic student” out of his shell and send him back to school! It doesn’t take long for her “maternal instinct” to fill the hole in his heart — or for the hole in her bottom.

The music and sound effects are stock, jarring and repetitive. Ms. Han has a variety of voiced lines, but I don’t understand Japanese — and I didn’t enjoy her breathing into the mic or exaggerated sex sounds. After ten or fifteen minutes, I muted the application.

The titlescreen is a little difficult to read, but the background is visually engaging. If the game featured the same innuendos and “problems” on the whiteboard, it would have been a whole lot better. You may adjust language preferences from the main-menu, but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to adjust audio or display in-game. However, graphical and display preferences can be adjusted via the Unity pre-boot menu. For the most part, the game looks great, but the controls are lacking. There is no “pause” menu, and you may only to the main-menu between tests and dialogue. Generally, it’s faster to close the application than wait for the game to allow you to exit. However, since saves are strictly automatic you will risk losing data. Unlocked CGs can be reviewed via “CG” (from the main menu), or in-game (complete with dialogue) at nighttime. In either case, the user-interface can’t be hidden.

If you forgot what it was like to be in school, Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring will bring you back to your childhood! You know, when you had to fill out “work sheets” everyday (or be scolded by your parents and/or teachers?) I’m disappointed in this game. The adult content isn’t bad, but the same can’t be said for the rest of the game. The experience can be summarized as “do math” and “watch porn”. Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring is a great example on how not to combine math and sex. I somehow doubt anybody can hold a boner after solving a few hundred questions (unless there’s some sort of math fetish I’ve yet to cross). The adult content is so few and far between, it’s clear everything else is a blatant inflation of playtime. The sad thing is, even with the “gameplay” Ms. Han’s After-School Tutoring isn’t worth the money in terms of dollars-per-hour. To top this over-priced wreck off, A-GUI is trying to sell a hardware peripheral that only works on one sex-scene. Listen, there’s no shame in a onahole, but there’s only shame in this game.
