Gameplay
Swap pieces around to unscramble an image. The game starts easy with four-by-four playing boards, and it gets a little harder by the end of the game with six-by-six boards. There are twelve levels to complete, each with three puzzles showing undress. However, you only need to complete one out of three puzzles in order to unlock the next level and all of its associated CGs in the gallery.
Story
There is no story (and I’m not making one up.)
Visuals
The titlescreen and interface are strangely blurry, despite the application being fullscreened. It’s as if the application wasn’t meant to be rendered on a 1920×1080 display. From the gearbox icon, you may adjust audio or toggle borderless fullscreen. You can review CGs from the photo icon, and the user-interface can be easily hidden.
The Goods
There are twelve static, base CGs to unlock with three variants a piece (showing stages of undress). Don’t expect anything lewd or saucy — all there is to see are “tastefully” nude anime ladies. The artwork is good, but the style may put off some viewers. I would have liked to have seen more adult-content, rather than plain ol’ nudity.
Mind-Blowing Girls Arts [DLC]
This DLC adds each CG to the game directory (inside the “Mind-Blowing Girls Arts” folder) as 1920×1080 PNG files.
Verdict
I do recommend Mind-Blowing Girls, but only if you’ve run out of better swippy-swappy games. Mind-Blowing Girls isn’t a bad game, but it’s unremarkable and the adult-content is behind similarly priced titles (which often future animated, or even interactive sexual content). This game feels rough around the edges, and falls a little short of “mind-blowing”.
