Play rounds of chess to unlock CGs! If you’re unaware of how to play chess, I strongly recommend that you read an article on Google (or your favorite browser!) It take hours to play a single game of chess. The goal of the game is to eliminate the opposing player’s “king” piece. Winning a game of chess requires a complete understanding of all pieces at any given moment, and planning ahead several turns in order to counter your opponent’s every move (and ultimately, win the game!) Sounds like just the kind of thing you think about when you’re fappin’ huh? There are five opponents to challenge, each with multiple levels. As you beat them, you’ll unlock more CGs for the gallery. . . just don’t hold your breath for any sort of hentai.

The titlescreen looks nice, but I would liked to have seen something more. . . spicy. It’s rather formal, and I doubt anyone purchased 3D Hentai Chess for anything less then hentai. From “Options”, you may adjust volume. There is no way to window the application. “Achievements” and “Leaderboard” are just links to Steam’s “Personal Achievements” and “Global Play Stats”. Character portraits can be viewed from the “Gallery”. The user-interface is completely hidden when viewing images.

There are one-hundred-twenty-five CGs to unlock. I unlocked twenty-five. What can I say, I suck at chess. Don’t worry: if you suck at chess (as I do), you’re not missing much.
Verdict (2/5★)
Unless you fancy yourself a “chess pro”, stay far, far away from this game. This game, even “casual” mode is obscenely hard. Unless you really, really know what you’re doing, you’re gonna have a bad time. Who thought completing rounds of chess would be a good system for unlocking nudes? I could understand lewd chess if there was say, an animated waifu on the other end of the board. 3D Hentai Chess is simply too hard — you have better chances getting chest with chess in the flesh.
