Hot Hentai Puzzle Vol.2 is mechanically another run-of-the mill swippy-swappy, but it feels a smidge more refined compared the usual shovelware. When a tile is placed in the correct location, it is colorized and locked in place. Some users may find this feature too much “hand holding”, but it prevents unnecessary backtracking. For the most part, the difficulty of the game is trivial; the number of tiles doesn’t exceed twenty-five. You may toggle between states of undress (or sexual climax) at any time without losing progress.

Wow, Hot Hentai Puzzle Vol.2 has great artwork! I loved the art style, and there’s a little character consistency. It’s too bad none of them are able to be borderless-fullscreened; the bulk of the images are rendered in a one-to-one ratio, unsuitable for virtually all devices. You may choose between states of undress (or in some cases, sexual progression) for most CGs. I very much enjoyed the gooey pussies the game has to offer!

I have mixed feelings about the music. It sounded out-of-place, as if it belonged to a moment from a fantasy RPG. It was a tolerable tune, so I let it run as I played through the game. The sound effects are nice (as long as you don’t scroll over too many buttons!)

The user-interface looks alright! Hot Hentai Puzzle Vol.2 doesn’t have an original layout, but the menus and buttons are nice and clean. I enjoyed the color-coding used to denote when a piece is correctly placed; watching them change from black and white is a nice visual interactivity. Although the images are not wide-screen friendly, I still would have liked the option to hide the user-interface when viewing them from the “Gallery”.

Hot Hentai Puzzle Vol.2 is an attractive swippy-swappy game, but it doesn’t offer a lot of gameplay. I beat the game in about fifteen minutes (hardly a dollar’s playtime!) I loved the art style, but I hated the one-to-one (square) crop-jobs. As long as you’re not concerned about playtime (or as anal about art as I am), Hot Hentai Puzzle Vol.2 is an okay buy.
