Strip Black Jack – Hot Gym is a lewd game of Blackjack about a pair of fitness instructors.
(F) Sexual content.
No. Woot! Woot!
Hours of Gameplay?
No, not necessary.
I received a free copy of this game for review purposes — thanks CritoGames!
Play rounds of Blackjack and earn money to buy lewds! The goal of Blackjack is to obtain a higher-value hand than your opponent. Each player is dealt three cards, and they may either choose to “hit” (gaining an extra card) or “stand”. When both players “stand”, they reveal their hands and a winner is determined. If anybody’s hand goes over twenty-one, it’s game-over! There’s a few more rules to Blackjack, but you only need to know the basics to play this game.
You’ve been working out so hard you didn’t notice your favorite gym close — you’re the last person there, and you’ve been caught by your coaches, Caroline and Nora! Today they are having their “very Special Black Jack evening” — normally, men are not invited. However, the gym isn’t doing so hot. As long as you’re betting (with real money), they’re willing to make an exception. They may not be betting with bucks, but they will be betting with. . . their butts!
The titlescreen is a bit messy. It looks like a billboard with advertisements. Language preferences can be adjusted from the titlescreen, and audio in-game. I wish CritoGames would add a settings-menu to the main-menu. The “More Games” button is distracting as ever, an advertisement for CritoGames‘ other creation.
The Goods (2/5★)
There are over twenty-four static CGs (or around seventy-two if you can’t the ability to “zoom” and “turn around”). These images are displayed alongside the table, and they imposed over the game. They have no backgrounds, and the user-interface can’t be hidden. There are also three animations, which feature Caroline having fun with a few sex-machines and a uh, “work-out ball”. If you like Nora, you’re out of luck — she doesn’t make an appearance in any of the artwork. Despite a male lead being established, there is no male-on-female sexual content. The artwork is okay, and the animations are short and repetitive.
If you like Blackjack and naked ladies, this game is worth a look — but if you don’t like Blackjack, the naked ladies are not worth it. The adult content is pretty meh, which is unfortunately a common theme in CritoGames‘ Strip Black Jack series. I’ve found their protagonists to be hit or miss, and this games’ female lead is a big miss. I find her somewhat uncanny, and way too intense. If she wanted to “play with me”, I’d be scared to be in her gym! If luck doesn’t favor you, you could be stuck grinding for hours — if you run out of money, you have to spin a wheel for more. It’s more RNG on top of RNG for not enough payoff!
