There are fifteen puzzles to solve, with nine pieces each. The pieces are designed in such a way they can be rotated to fit anywhere on the board (despite their irregular shape suggesting otherwise). While this mechanic could have added a layer of difficulty to the game, pieces are automatically rotated — which begs the question, why didn’t Cartoon Game just use equal-sized, flat-edged pieces? Whenever you complete a puzzle, you’re treated to a sort of sexual minigame; by slamming the “space” key, you may speed up the protagonist’s orgasm. Once she’s covered in mysterious white goo, you may move onto the next puzzle!

There are fifteen animated CGs, with four variations for progression and climax. Alternatively, you may view a static version of each image when revisiting unlocked content. The artwork is high quality, but the animation could be be a little better. I was able to spot seams and unnatural movement, but for the most part visual errors were relatively few. I think the gallery is totally fappable, featuring BDSM, boob-jobs, foot-jobs, masturbation and plenty of penetration. There’s even a single lesbian scene at the end of the game (featuring the previous heroine in the series)! Most of the animations end with bukkake-levels of cum, even though it seldom makes sense. I like a pint of cum as much as the next guy, but are there some other dudes off-screen that I don’t know about?

The music is some cutesy beat that’d be suitable for a scene on the beach or menu screen — but there’s only one track in the game. Once I heard it loop twenty times, I had enough and I muted the application. The main protagonist offers selection of voiced lines, but I don’t understand Japanese; for all I know, she could have been telling me to “go fuck yourself”. Maybe that’s what she says whenever I clicked on her tits? The audio played during sex-scenes are clean and acceptable.

The titlescreen looks great! Unfortunately, the user-interface leaves you guessing; instead of using text, Cartoon Game opted for vague icons that require trial and error to navigate. From the gearbox icon, you may adjust audio and display preferences. The level-select screen doubles as a gallery; whenever you complete a puzzle, clicking on its respective icon will allow you to cycle through CGs. They cannot be fullscreened, and even if they could the one-to-one aspect ratio would insure they are somehow encapsulated.

I wish I got to play more puzzle games of this caliber! The gallery and music could have been better, but Girl Jigsaw 2 looks and feels greats to play. The nine-piece puzzles provide virtually no challenge (and little playtime for the money). If only the gallery was widescreen friendly, I’d call this game a must-buy! I loved listening to the heroine whenever I goofed or grabbed her privates. I wish she was voiced in English, but her commentary is a nice touch. Despite its flaws, Girl Jigsaw 2 is totally worth a buck!
