Foreword
I originally published a review for ERO Girl Painter on Feburary 28th, 2020. I have updated that review, to reflect my thoughts on this game as of June, 2020.
Gameplay
. . . in a nutshell
A basic painter game. You trace outlines, color using a paint bucket tool, and drag your mouse cursor to remove the subjects’ clothes.
If only real painting was this easy (and fun!)

Each (of ten) levels start with a thick, dotted outline of a woman’s body. The idea is to click and drag the mouse cursor from dot to dot, without leaving the line that connects them. In doing so, you (vaguely) trace the image underneath, subsequently revealing it. After every line has been traced, you can then color the image. Coloring works like a “paint bucket” tool, where you click on empty errors to fill ’em with colors. Once each girl has been colored, then you can perform a few swipes to undress her, unveiling the completed image. If you want to redo any portion of a level, you can hit the “redo” button to start from scratch.
. . . yes, this is a game you can play one-handed.
Story
There is no story, but I’ll make one up.
There’s this painter, and she really likes to draw naked ladies, but her local law won’t allow her to draw bare genitals. . . kind of like Japan! And for that reason, she sticks to big boobies and bitty bandages.
Gosh. . . darnnit, Japan.
Visuals
The title menu looked great, though the option pane looked stylistically out of context. In-game, the user interface also looked pretty good. I have little complaints about navigating (or viewing) the game. However, this game can’t remember how to cut the music. I had to discontinue my jam session because ERO Girl Painter insisted that I jammed to stock piano instead.
There is no proper gallery. If you want to review the images that came before the finished image, you’ll just have to redo the stage.
The Goods
The artwork is decently drawn, but lacking background. Though “adult” toys can be seen in one or more images, there is no exposed genitals or saucy content. There are no faces, as most images only depict the lower body.
. . . expect female nudity.
Verdict
I don’t recommend this game. It’s not that bad of a game, but it’s underwhelming. It’s not arousing or challenging, but I could see a game like this this being a relaxing experience. It’s a unique piece in the face of puzzle shovelware on the Steam marketplace.
