Arcana: Heat and Cold. Season 1
From a gameplay perspective, Arcana: Heat and Cold. Season 1 may not technically be a “kinetic novel”, but the playable sections are no more than transitional points between back and forth dialogue. I’d consider this game to be an “interactive kinetic novel” of sorts. The story follows a novice spellbreaker who finds himself part of a series of unexpected (usually sexual) jobs. Each “chapter” takes from the last, creating a fun, lewd, episodic experience with an RPG aesthetic.
Forest Guardian
It’s been a while since I played this game, but from what I remember it’s a short yuri romance between a merchant and a fox girl. Nothing wrong with the game, but it’s not something I’d recommend for anyone specifically after erotic content.
